Each box includes approximately six chocolate hearts, a delicious mix of milk and dark chocolate. And here’s the sweet surprise--select boxes will contain a mystery gift, which may include gift cards or sports tickets!

Every box purchased helps uplift and support the home health aides who give so much of themselves every day.
Each Box is $24.95 includes shipping and handling.
To promote, support, and elevate the role of home health care workers by providing access to education and transportation improving their quality of life- and ultimately patient outcomes. To provide access to subsidized home health care worker assistance to patients in need.
